Questions, answered
How do you price a cleaning?
Every quote is flat-rate, based on your home type, size, number of bathrooms, the kind of clean, and how often you’d like us to come. You’ll know the price before we start — no hourly meter running.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Many clients leave a garage or door code, a lockbox, or a key. We’ll lock up behind us and let you know when we’re done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — everything from vacuums and microfiber to cleaning products. If you have a product you’d prefer we use on a specific surface, just leave it out and let us know.
Is it okay if I have pets?
Absolutely. We love pets. Just tell us about them in your quote request so we know who we’re meeting (and whether anyone needs to stay in a room).
Do you clean basements?
Yes. Finished basements — rec rooms, bars, guest rooms, extra bathrooms — can be included in any clean. Let us know on the quote form so we can plan the time.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the area at no charge. We’d rather fix it than have you settle.
Are you insured?
Yes. Prospect Cleaning Co. is insured, and every cleaner is background-checked.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a visit?
Just email us at prospectcleaningco@outlook.com as early as you can — at least 48 hours ahead is appreciated — and we’ll find a new time.
